DMCA Takedown Process for NuruNights
NuruNights (nurunights.com) follows the DMCA rules under 17 U.S.C. § 512 for handling copyright complaints.
What We Do
NuruNights only lists and embeds videos from third-party hosts. When a takedown request is approved, we remove the listing from our site. The actual video file remains with the host, which has its own process for removals.
How to Send a Notice
Please send your copyright complaint to our Copyright Agent using the contact form at contact page.
What Your Notice Must Include
- The URL(s) of the NuruNights listing(s) you want removed
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
How We Handle Notices
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listings as needed. If your notice is missing information, we will contact you to ask for what’s needed. We accept counter-notices under § 512(g). If a source repeatedly causes valid takedown notices, we remove it from our index.
