18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Statement
NuruNights (nurunights.com) is a searchable index of adult videos that are hosted on other websites. We do not create, upload, host, or store any video files ourselves.
The responsibility for keeping records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 lies with the producers and hosting sites of each video. NuruNights is not the producer of any content shown in our listings.
All producers and hosts confirm that everyone featured was at least 18 years old when the video was made. We rely on these confirmations and do not knowingly list any content that violates this.
If you have concerns about possible minors or any other § 2257 issues, please use the contact form at contact page to report the specific page URL. We will remove the listing while we investigate.
